Interactive Service
We appreciate that clients want to obtain the best possible service for outsourced studies. To ensure this happens we provide a highly interactive service at all stages, planning, documentation, experimental progress and final reports. We keep in regular contact with our clients throughout all of the stages. Interim data is provided as is advice if needed on possible protocol changes that might be required. Finally we will consult with clients on the draft and final reports to use either in-house or with the relevant drug registration authorities.
Confidentiality/Ownership
As expected of any reputable preclinical service or contract research company we offer the highest level of confidentiality to all of our clients. IP ownership is solely our clients and no publications are progressed unless solely requested by our clients.
All of these conditions are included in our preferred partner contracts ensuring no concerns with regards confidentiality or your ownership of data with any studies.
